Ranthambore Safari Booking Policy
– Payment:Full payment is required in advance to confirm your safari booking.
– Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
– Refunds and Cancellations: No refunds or cancellations are permitted for confirmed bookings.
– Fee Adjustments: If there are any changes to fees after your booking or if occupancy is incomplete, you will need to pay the difference upon entry to the park.
– Identification: Please carry the same ID used during booking.
– Park Closures: The park may close at the discretion of forest officials without notice.
– Weather Delays: No refunds will be provided for delays or cancellations due to weather conditions.
– Zone Closures: Zones 1 to 5 are closed on Tuesdays, and Zones 6 to 10 are closed on Wednesdays.
– Park Timing: Operating hours are managed by the forest department and may change without notice.
– No Representation: We are not representatives of the Forest Department of Rajasthan and operate independently as a registered eco-tourism agency.
– Inconvenience: We are not responsible for any issues occurring during the safari, such as flat tires or guide misconduct.
– Tatkal Booking: Same-day bookings for Canter Safaris are available for the evening, and bookings for the morning can be made one day in advance.
– Convenience Fees: We charge a convenience fee on top of the government-set safari ticket price, ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹10,000 per Jeep/Canter booking.
– Zone Allocation: Safari zones are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
– Research: Please verify safari prices independently; once you book with us, we will not entertain questions regarding charges.
– On-the-Spot Bookings: Safaris can also be booked at the forest department ticket window, subject to availability.
– Agreement: Making a reservation indicates your acceptance of these terms. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.
– Refunds for Non-Booking: If a safari cannot be booked for any reason, a full refund will be issued for both VIP and Tatkal bookings.
– Confirmation Details:
– Tatkal bookings require confirmation 6 days in advance for Gypsy and 1 day for morning Canter, with same-day confirmation for evening Canter.
– VIP bookings for Gypsy and Canter receive instant confirmation.
– Tatkal does not guarantee 100% booking commitment; refunds will be processed if the safari cannot be booked.
